The Site exists to share Tim’s athletic journey, provide updates, and facilitate donations or sponsorships that help fund his athletic development.
- Donations & Sponsorships
Donations are not tax‑deductible unless explicitly stated.
All funds support travel, training, equipment, and related expenses.
Sponsorship placements (logos, mentions, links) are subject to parental and league approval.
Refunds are considered only for duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
- User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Post or send inappropriate or harmful content
Attempt to contact the Athlete directly
Reuse or reproduce media without written consent
- Intellectual Property
All content, including photos, videos, and written materials, are owned by Lunara and the Parent/Guardian. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
- Limitation of Liability
Lunara, the Athlete, and the Parent/Guardian are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the Site or related services.
- Disclaimers
Lunara provides the Site “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the Site will meet all user expectations.
- Termination
Lunara reserves the right to modify or suspend Site access for violations of these Terms or for the protection of the Athlete’s safety.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA.

Donation & Sponsorship Policy
All funds go directly toward Tim’s verified athletic expenses.
Sponsors receive recognition only after content is approved by the Parent/Guardian and Lunara.
Sponsors may not use Tim’s likeness for commercial purposes without written consent.
Donations are final unless a processing error occurs.
Minor Safety & Media Policy
Private Security Protocol (Parent + Child Safeguards)
To protect Tim and other minors from scammers, stalking, or unauthorized contact, Lunara enforces a layered, parent‑led security program:
Parent‑Verified Gatekeeping – All inbound contact requests (email, forms, social DMs, sponsorship messages) route to Lunara and the Parent/Guardian. No direct messaging to the child is allowed.
Identity & Intent Screening – We review the identity, organization, and purpose of contact before any reply. Potential sponsors must provide a business website or verifiable profile and clear intent.
Parental Consent Required – Any communication, meeting, interview, or acknowledgment involving the Athlete requires prior written parental consent. If consent is not granted, the request is closed.
Safe Channels Only – Approved communications occur through Lunara‑managed email or scheduled virtual calls with a Parent/Guardian present. No personal phone numbers or private social accounts are shared.
No Real‑Time Location – We never publish live locations, home/school addresses, or predictable travel patterns. Event posts may be delayed and generalized for safety.
Red‑Flag Controls – We immediately block and report requests that include coercion, gifts with strings attached, requests for personal data, or attempts to reach the child directly.
Data Minimization – We collect only what’s needed to evaluate a request (e.g., name, org, role, public contact). Sensitive IDs (e.g., government IDs) are not required unless legally necessary.
Documentation & Audit Trail – We log approved sponsorships, acknowledgments, and communications for accountability.
Escalation & Reporting – Suspected exploitation or harassment is escalated to the Parent/Guardian and, where appropriate, to schools/leagues/platforms or law enforcement.
General Media Rules
All content is parent‑approved and published via Lunara.
Real‑time locations and personal schedules are never shared publicly.
Comments and messages are moderated before posting; attempts to contact the Athlete directly are blocked.
Media releases are maintained for all images and videos used.
